For shipments to remote and rural areas, including but not limited to regional Northern Territory, Queensland, and Western Australia addresses, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Return & Warranty
1. Please note that all designer brand items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Prior to making a payment, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the item.
2. The deposit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable when left for a designer item.
3. Please note that JIAXY & K. does not assume responsibility for maintenance or repairs of designer brands. For further assistance, we recommend contacting the designer brand directly.
4. Our appraiser possesses extensive experience in authentication, ensuring that all designer brands are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We provide store receipts and certificates for all purchased designer products as part of our commitment to quality assurance.
5. A refund only applies if AUTHORIZED institutions determine the item is fake (within 7 days).
6. We accept consignments and offer cash purchases for all designer brand items purchased within our store. Prices depend on the current market value and the condition of the items.
