All jewellery purchased from the store includes a one-time free resizing service and a lifetime of free cleaning services.
Bespoke jewellery cannot be refunded, but it can be redesigned and reset. Additional fees will apply.
Free maintenance and repairs are available within one year of the purchase, provided the receipt is shown.
