Return Policy / Warranty

All jewellery purchased from the store (excluding bespoke jewellery) is eligible for an exchange within 3 months. The price of the new item must be at least 30% higher than the old one. Polishing and resizing fees may apply.
All jewellery purchased from the store includes a one-time free resizing service and a lifetime of free cleaning services.
Bespoke jewellery cannot be refunded, but it can be redesigned and reset. Additional fees will apply.
Free maintenance and repairs are available within one year of the purchase, provided the receipt is shown. If additional materials are required, or if the damage is caused by unnatural factors, extra fees will apply. If no receipt is provided, or if the receipt is older than one year, fees will apply.
Please note that some flaws may be irreparable.

Return & Warranty

Please note that all designer brand items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Prior to making a payment, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the item.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable when left for a designer item.
Please note that JIAXY & K. does not assume responsibility for maintenance or repairs of designer brands. For further assistance, we recommend contacting the designer brand directly.
Our appraiser possesses extensive experience in authentication, ensuring that all designer brands are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We provide store receipts and certificates for all purchased designer products as part of our commitment to quality assurance.
A refund only applies if AUTHORIZED institutions determine the item is fake (within 7 days).
We accept consignments and offer cash purchases for all designer brand items purchased within our store. Prices depend on the current market value and the condition of the items.
Customers are responsible upon delivery for any import duties, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value-Added Tax (VAT), customs fees, and any other taxes on top of the JIAXY & K. purchase price.
