2. The deposit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable when left for a designer item.

4. Our appraiser possesses extensive experience in authentication, ensuring that all designer brands are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We provide store receipts and certificates for all purchased designer products as part of our commitment to quality assurance.
5. A refund only applies if AUTHORIZED institutions determine the item is fake (within 7 days).
6. We accept consignments and offer cash purchases for all designer brand items purchased within our store. Prices depend on the current market value and the condition of the items.
